Program Description

The Liaoning Provincial Scholarship is a fully funded scholarship. It covers full tuition fees, accommodation, a monthly stipend, and medical insurance.


Language requirements: Official language certificates are preferred. If no official certificate is available, the student’s language proficiency will be assessed through a personal interview.
